Introducing The Coffee Collection 001 — Fall 2026, a limited-edition release by Palette by Roasteria, created from six exceptional Colombian coffees sourced in collaboration with Forest Coffee.

Born from Roasteria’s seasonal green coffee collection, Edition 001 brings some of Forest Coffee’s most expressive Colombian lots beyond the roastery and into an everyday ritual — transformed by Palette into specialty coffee capsules and single-serve drip bags.

FROM COLOMBIA, THROUGH FOREST COFFEE

Forest Coffee is known for pushing Colombian specialty coffee forward through close relationships with producers, traceability, experimentation and innovative fermentation techniques.

For this first edition, six distinctive coffees were selected from Huila, Colombia, each revealing a completely different expression of origin, variety and processing.

From black cherry and tropical fruit to jasmine, citrus, caramel, strawberry and warm confectionary notes, every coffee has its own identity.
