Refund Policy for Coffee Tasting Experience

Cancellation and Refund Terms:

1. 100% Refund:
   - Customers who cancel their reservation at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled Coffee Tasting Experience are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

2. 50% Refund:
   - If a cancellation is made between 48 hours to one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled Coffee Tasting Experience, customers will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

3. No Refund:
   - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled Coffee Tasting Experience are not eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel:
   - To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
   
Refund Processing:
   - All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
